St Anthony’s Aldrine Kibet boards a plane from Kisumu to JKIA on his way to join a Spanish football club.
St. Anthony Boys High School striker Aldrine Kibet is set to embark on a new journey as he prepares to fly to Spain.
The forward, who scored one goal for his school in the recently concluded East African school games in Huye, Rwanda, will be accompanied by his teammates Amos Wanjala and Alvin Kasavuli who will also be joining the Spanish academy.
Before his departure, Kibet was treated to a special surprise by Eldama Ravine member of Parliament Musa Sirma, who invited him and his family to Nairobi for an exclusive celebration.
The move is set to happen today and Aldrine Kibet is sure to have the support of football fans all over the world as he takes this big step in his career.
Football fans wished him the best of luck as he leaves for Spain and hope that he will continue to reach great heights in his football career.

The young footballer, who had just performed excellently in this year’s school competition, was given the opportunity to take a flight courtesy of Eldama Ravine Member of Parliament Musa Sirma.
The generous gesture made by the MP was deeply appreciated by the young footballer and his family.
After arriving at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), the footballer shared a post of gratitude on Facebook, expressing his joy at being welcomed by his area MP, Hon Musa Sirma EGH MP, and his family.
He also shared photos of himself at the airport, captioning the post, “Deeply grateful for the warm welcome, courtesy of Hon Musa Sirma EGH MP. Thrilled to be greeted by my area MP Eldama Ravine and family at JKIA after a wonderful flight from Kisumu”.
